• Single Account: You may maintain only one Account with dog69. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all Funds.
• Prohibition on Restricted Persons: You must not be an employee, agent, consultant, or affiliate of dog69, any gaming software provider we partner with, or any related entity. Family members and household members of such persons are also ineligible.
• Financial Soundness: You affirm that all Funds deposited into your Account are legally obtained and that you are not using our Services to launder money or engage in any fraudulent activity.

dog69 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these requirements. Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of our Services constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal prosecution.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must use your real identity; pseudonyms, aliases, or false information are strictly prohibited.

During or after registration, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting government-issued identification (KTP or Indonesian National ID), proof of address, and a selfie photograph holding your ID. This verification is mandatory for withdrawal processing and may be requested at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

dog69 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-3 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

All deposits are final. dog69 does not offer refunds for deposits under any circumstances except in cases of proven technical error on our part.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier; standard limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or during bank holidays may experience delays. dog69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals or suspicious activity, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal approval. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.

dog69 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard transaction fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount by the financial institution, not by dog69.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games on dog69 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness. You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by chance and that dog69 does not manipulate results.

Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team and may fluctuate based on market conditions. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors or technical glitches. 9. Account Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

9.2 Termination by dog69

dog69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

Upon termination, any active bonuses will be forfeited. Remaining Funds derived from legitimate activity will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to dog69. We reserve the right to withhold Funds pending investigation of suspected violations.
